Our standard pricing models are based on the total word count, distinguishing between the first target language and subsequent additional languages, and defining accuracy levels (e.g., 99% or 99.9% accuracy, as detailed on our Pricing page). These rates are subject to change and are confirmed in the official quote provided to the client.
3.3. Full Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a full satisfaction guarantee allowing the client to reject the translation, with no explanation needed, within 15 days of delivery. In such a case, the amount paid for the rejected portion of the translation will be refunded, or a credit will be applied to future services, as stipulated in the contract.
3.4. Free Test:
We offer a free test translation service, typically limited to 3,000 words, to demonstrate the quality of our XPLI-optimized output. This service is provided without obligation.
